Victor Marine can offer portable and fixed twin nozzle and single nozzle tank washing machines which set a standard above the rest and include the following design features:

The VP Minor is a pre-programmed twin nozzle Tank Washing Machine which is very simple in design and operation ensuring easy maintenance. The VP Minor can either be used for portable or fixed use on crude oil, multi-product or chemical tankers. The VP Minor is available in stainless steel and bronze and has a maximum jet length of 14.6m.

The VP Major can either be used for portable or fixed use on crude oil, multi product or chemical tankers. The VP Major is available in stainless steel and bronze and has a maximum jet length of 38m.

VP Hose Saddle

This lightweight aluminum alloy hose saddle (7kg) comprising of a deck plate, hose guide and positioning clamp is designed for easy handling of tank cleaning hoses and longevity of use.

A choice of base plate sizes is available or with a standard 318mm deck opening.

Epoxy coated for protection.

Victor Marine offers a range of tank washing hoses and couplings, offering a comprehensive selection of couplings from stock. Most hoses can be assembled and tested for dispatch within hours of an order being placed.

VP Heavy Duty Tank Washing Hose

VP Heavy Duty Tank Washing Hose is manufactured from a neoprene material with styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) liner reinforced with multiple rayon braids to ensure earthing continuity which is fully tested before despatch. Available in two sizes of 38mm and 52mm (1½” and 2″) ID from a minimum of 10m to a maximum length of 60m at multiples of 5m.
